Full & partial rewires
Whether it's a full rewire on an older property or bringing one room up to date, we plan the work around how you actually live in the house — protecting floors and furniture and making good afterwards. Partial rewires are common when only part of a property needs attention, and we'll say honestly if that's all that's required rather than suggesting more than you need.
Additional sockets & circuits
Home offices, kitchen appliances, media walls and EV chargers all add load that older houses weren't wired for. We add dedicated circuits where they're needed rather than overloading existing ones, and can usually route new cabling with minimal disturbance to walls and ceilings.
LED & feature lighting
Kitchen strip lighting, under-cabinet lighting and feature-wall lighting — fitted as part of a new kitchen or added into an existing one. It's some of the most requested domestic work we do, and one of the easiest ways to change how a room feels without touching the layout.
Security lighting
PIR floodlights and dusk-to-dawn units for entrances, driveways and outbuildings — usually fitted alongside other work on the same visit, so it's rarely worth booking as a job on its own.
